Epstein’s survivor, Jennifer Araoz, filed a civil lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate and his accomplices this week, made possible by a brand new NYS law called the 'Child Victims Act,’ that went into effect this week. The new law gives survivors a one-year window to sue an abuser or negligent institution, no matter how long ago the abuse took place.
